NovaCopy, one of the fastest growing companies in the US, is currently looking for a Sales Manager in the Dallas, TX area. Our growth is due to a great demand for the products and solutions we offer, and our desire to be #1 in these markets.
A qualified applicant will have:
Prior experience building and leading a successful sales team
Outside sales experience is an absolute must!
Experience selling a solution based product - preferably in the office equipment or technology realm
Desire and willingness to spend majority of time in field with reps working on business opportunities and hands on sales training
Technology savvy which will translate into the ability to use, sell and teach Printing Solutions.
Proficient in use of MS Excel
Strong work ethic with willingness to work typical 50 hour work weeks
Active member of the community
Develop new accounts by supervising wide variety of new business development activities
Read business journals and newspapers to stay abreast of local business developments that may present sales opportunities
Personally attend one networking event per week and require reps supervised to do the same
Sales Staff Hiring, Management and Daily Supervision
Supervise and assist in the development of proposals including overseeing pricing and profit strategies
Participate in the development of compensation, incentive and promotion plans
Manage CRM database
Ensure Deals are processed accurately
Ensure existing customer base remains with NovaCopy
Meet with Service Manager and complete Branch Management report on a monthly basis if needed, but no less than once per quarter
Work with Marketing to ensure all marketing materials are in place and utilized
Ensure all assigned leads to Sales Team are followed-up on in a timely fashion.
Other management duties as assigned
NovaCopy provides a base salary based on experience plus uncapped commissions, medical and dental coverage, 401K participation eligibility with employer contributions, paid sick and vacation time, and reimbursement for mileage with the potential to earn the use of a company car round out our great benefits package.
