Marketing Automation Specialist

NovaCopy’s Marketing Automation Specialist will drive marketing success by creating, managing, executing, tracking, and analyzing marketing automation programs and assist in the company’s overall digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Create marketing automation workflows within the Pardot platform
  • Develop lead scoring and nurture streams to drive quality leads to sales
  • Work with team to create landing pages, and e-mails optimized for performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of every automation campaign
  • Create, maintain, update & improve SEO/SEM for all web sites including related analytics & reporting
  • Analyze, maintain, update & execute paid search (Adwords) & related analytics/reporting
  • Create & maintain ad retargeting campaigns
  • Research and test new/existing platforms for external and internal use by NovaCopy team(s)
  • Monitor trends including tools and applications that would further drive customer engagement
  • Monitor NovaCopy Social Media impact, insights & metrics
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communication
  • Assist in coordinating company events
  • Attend and “socially” promote local NovaCopy events as needed

 

Required Technical & Professional Experience

  • 2+ years’ relevant marketing automation experience & best practices
  • 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot
  • 1+ year with other marketing automation platforms, aside from Salesforce & Pardot
  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing


Preferred Technical & Professional Experience

  • Pardot & Salesforce expert
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Automation best practices
  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with lead generation & knowledge of lead flow practices
  • Experience with e-mail marketing best practices and testing techniques
  • 2+ years’ experience in Paid Search, web site and Social Media analytics
  • 2+ years’ Adwords experience and/or certification, SEO & SEM experience
  • Layout, landing page design and photo editing experience
  • Creative, yet analytically-minded with excellent communication skills
  • B2B marketing experience beneficial
  • Self-starter yet able to take direction well
  • Ability to brainstorm and contribute to a high-performance team environment
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent work ethic & positive, can-do attitude
  • Energetic. Outgoing. Team player. Works hard, but also loves to have fun.
