Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Sort and process invoices
  • Process and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide phone support 
  • Overlook customer and vendor contracts 
  • Assist in order fulfillment and inventory control
  • Order parts and supplies for appropriate NovaCopy branches
  • Organizing meeting space
  • Oversee packaging and shipping of parts and equipment 
  • General A/R responsibilities for the office
  • Light maintence and office repair

 Requirements

  • Accounting Experience preferred
  • Must be highly proficient with Excel to include intermediate formulas and data analysis.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Solid work ethic- good attendance, ability to follow procedures, and excellent organizational skills 
  • Discipline to self manage 
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
