Payroll Coordinator

NovaCopy is rapidly growing and looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to our team. You must be able to work at a fast pace, communicate efficiently and prioritize your time wisely. This role will serve as the administrator for employee databases, and run our bi-weekly payroll. This would be an ideal role for someone looking to start a career in human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee databases and accounts
  • Enroll in employees in benefits and 401K
  • Manage timekeeping systems
  • Run payroll for NovaCopy
  • Serve as internal point of contact for administrative human resources questions

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • HR/Payroll experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality a must!
  • Availability to work overtime as needed

The starting pay rate for this role is $15/hr including medical and dental coverage, 401K participation with employer contributions, paid sick and vacation time and reimbursement for mileage.
