Inside Sales Specialist

NovaCopy is growing and seeking to hire an Inside Sales Supplies Specialist. This position will be responsible for maximizing sales as it pertains to supplies, by producing quality leads from both our existing and potential new customers.  

Responsibilities:

  • Work to meet and/or exceed sales goals while providing the highest quality customer service.  
  • Call on existing and potential customers to follow up on needs and ask for their business.
  • Ensure all customer requests are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. 
  • Provide detailed and professional sales quotes to our customer in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain up to date activity in our CRM database and enter sales orders quickly and competently into our order entry system.

Requirements:

  • Must be a self-starter who uses initiative while working with internal and external customers and be results driven.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer and basic CRM knowledge
  • Willingness to call on existing and potential clients to close the sale.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-manage tasks, and be flexible to change as business needs dictate.
  • Previous telemarketing experience is preferred, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This position will be compensated at $15/hr plus uncapped commissions and lead bonuses. A successful first year Inside Sales Specialist can expect to make up to $60K.
